Portrait Photography

This is Chloe, another young, aspiring model that I photographed last year. She is a very confident and photogenic young lady of just 14 at the time of the shoot and had a very "bubbly" character.
She could also turn her mood to that of a sultry teenager at the drop of a hat as you can see from this image. Moments before, we had all been in the garden, with Chloe jumping about on a huge trampoline when I found this spot nearby, in the shade by the side of the house.
Because we were well under cover, the light was quite poor, so using my trusty Lastolite reflector, I asked the mother to hold it outside and reflect the sun straight in and onto Chloe, using the gold side.
The effect worked nicely and added an "olive" glow to Chloe's skin. I was also lucky enough to get some nice highlights in the hair from light hitting her from the other side.
Exposure: 125th/sec F2
