So what's the big deal? Well, this particular Lexar 1GB High Speed Compact Flash Card has stored and released over 40,000 photographs and all without a hitch! It is the very first card that I bought when I "Turned Digital".

I can see why Lexar promote this card as their professional range and give it a lifetime warranty, it just keeps going! With the 40x or 80x write speeds, it is a must for any professional or serious enthusiast!

Even using 5 Frames per Second, the card quite easily keeps up with my camera up to about 25 shots! (The camera being a Canon EOS 20D). Even the MASSIVE files that the EOS 1ds MKII throws at it at 4 FPS doesn't fase it at all!

After using this card for weddings, model shoots, commercial jobs and still life, I can say that I will always keep a pro lexar card in my bag! It doesn't let you down, and THAT is why I have devoted a page on this site to it.
